The 2016 Achievement Auditions were held at UT Tyler on March 18 and 19. Thirty Students were chosen to perform in an Honors Recital.

Trophy Winners included: 15 pt: Benjamin McKnight, Savannah Morrison, Giancarlo Petosa, Ethan Rhodes, Tatum Robert, Brenna Smith, Kaden Cornelison, Samuel Crow, Will Knight,and Mia Gillespie. The 30 point winners were: Caleb Bowers, Kiymiya Lamea, Wizan Sebulburo, and Alana Wynn. Students receiving 45 pt. trophies included Alison Casper, Emilie Casper, Jasper Delim, Ara Manalac and Gabrielle Mercado.
